SHINE participated in the second Transnational Project Meeting of on 25–26 September 2025. In the first day, partners discussed updates from WP2 (mapping of VET opportunities and labour market demand), WP4 (learner-centred XR methodology), and WP9 (dissemination and exploitation).The second day was dedicated to management, administration, financial coordination, quality assurance, and sustainability planning, while also highlighting SHINE’s upcoming role in leading WP5 on integrating GreenComp, LifeComp, and EntreComp into sustainable tourism education, which will start in the second year of the project.
The second day was focused on operations and sustainability: partners reviewed the Teacher Training Programme that will be developed under WP3and next steps; advanced Community Building & Sustainability, including stakeholder engagement and links to the Pact for Skills; covered Project Management & Coordination with financial/administrative updates; and closed with Quality Assurance & Risk Management before agreements and wrap-up.
SHINE’s leading WP starts in year two, but are actively supporting other WPs in the meantime.
