On February 10th, LURS, one of the partners of PRIORITY 45 organised the first workshop of the project. Priority 45 – Promoting employment of 45+ adults through a disruptive training approach is an Erasmus + project coordinated by SHINE that aims to re/upskill 45+ adults through innovation, creativity and cooperation, to achieve a complete and resilient workforce that can survive in today’s globalised and volatile world.
The partners of PRIORITY 45 are now taking the first steps to build a Joint Curriculum specifically for 45+ adults, to support them to be active and ready for the nowadays challenges of the work field. This workshop allowed the creation of a detailed definition of the methodologies to be implemented to achieve this goal.
