On March 22nd, SHINE organised an online workshop, where stakeholders from different fields were together to validate the Competency Map developed under the project and to share experiences about what has changed since COVID in the labour market and what will continue to change.
It was really great to see that the results we found on desk research were so close to the feedback given us by the persons that work in the field!
The next steps? The first transnational project meeting, hosted by SHINE in Coimbra, where all the results will be presented, and what’s followed decided!
