On 15 and 16 of May 2024, the COPE partners were together for the Final Stakeholder Conference that was hosted by the Autonomous Province of Trento with almost 50 participants.
These days allowed to discuss the project results, present sustainability ideas for the future, and deeply discuss the baseline of the intervention developed in the project: social prescribing, not forgetting the involvement of stakeholders in panel discussions and working groups.
Moreover, this was also the chance to have the last Consortium Meeting, the Scientific Board Meeting and the Advisory Board Meeting. This allowed us to wrap up the project, discuss its sustainability and the technical details for the report.
It is a great honour to be part of this project with so great results and impact on the society and the life of many young persons! COPE is a project funded by the European Commission under EaSI (European Programme for Employment and Social Innovation), dedicated to the health and social inclusion of NEETs, young people excluded from training, study and employment, running from January 2022 to June 2024. During this period, COPE evaluated an integrated intervention for empowerment of youngsters and young adults based on the Social Prescribing approach, in Italy and Portugal.
