Representing SHINE 2Europe, Juliana Louceiro and Andrea Marinho travelled to Naples for the second HERA Transnational Project Meeting, which was hosted by COSVITEC on December 17 and 18.
As the leader of Communication and Dissemination and the partner responsible for Stakeholder Engagement, SHINE plays a central role in HERA. Juliana Louceiro presented the key milestones and results achieved so far in reaching the audience and involving essential stakeholders, with the focus remaining on ensuring that HERA’s mission—empowering women across Europe—is visible, accessible, and impactful.
The meeting also served as a deep dive into the HERA Labs. With some pilot programs already launched and others concluding their recruitment phases, the partners worked closely to align strategies with the technical rollout. Ensuring a unified approach to methodology and data collection is vital, as this information will allow to measure the real-world impact of the Labs on women’s professional and personal growth.
A significant portion of the meeting was also dedicated to the HERA Community Portal. The partners shared their vision for this digital space, advocating for an intuitive design that fosters genuine connection and peer support.
On the final day, the Steering Committee reviewed the progress against Key Performance Indicators and set the roadmap for upcoming deliverables. These strategic discussions confirmed that the project is on a strong trajectory toward achieving its ambitious goals.
Beyond the work sessions, the famous hospitality of Naples provided the perfect setting to strengthen our partnership. Sharing traditional Italian meals allowed us to build the trust and cohesion necessary for a successful international consortium. We return from Naples with renewed energy, ready to continue building the ecosystems that will support and empower women all across the continent.
