After the presentation by the Deputy State Secretary and Administrative Modernization, Dr. Luís Goes Pinheiro, Carina referred to the opportunities and the good examples that we have in Portugal.
But also the great challenges that we face in this pandemic phase for an effective implementation of digital health – the literacy of citizens and professionals, the socio-economic difficulties, the isolation of the most vulnerable.
It is the social inequalities that we have to overcome to make progress. And expectants of public investment so that these inequalities are mitigated.
